Kat and Aisha Fiorentino provide the utmost professional services in the lending industry. From the time you meet with them to closing escrow, they bring the home buying experience to a new level.
Their app floify provides streamline document uploads to ensure that there are no hiccups in the information needed for loan approval.  In addition, they keep communication lines open and keep you abreast with the latest updates and status of your loan.
I recently just closed escrow and I have to admit that their  customer service in home buying to re-finance goes unnoticed.

The Absolute Best! My wife and I were looking to buy our very first home using my VA loan. Boy did we hit the jackpot with Kat! Kat was very informed, on top of every question I asked, and she was 150% reliable.

Kat helped us crafted a plan to clear up some credit blemishes, executed, and then we purchased our dream home. Kat made sure that my wife and I stayed informed throughout the entire process and gave us so much bonus information. Kat was a huge help to me with my refinance. I had a cloud on my title because it was not previously recorded properly.  Kat spent three hours with me going through all of my paperwork to piece everything together so I was able to move forward and close on time. Kat is the best mortgage broker!  She helped me buy my first condo two years ago and just helped me to refinance it.  She is very knowledgeable, patient, and offeres the best guidance and assistance which made me feel educated, confidante, and at ease with a process that can be daunting.  

She was prompt to answer all the questions I had via text, email, or phone based on the need and she explained everything in a way I could understand it.  Brita, her loan administrator, was also very helpful and instrumental in ensuring I got the paperwork quickly.  Kat or Brita sent all of the documents I needed to sign via Dropbox, or docusign, which made my life easier and saved a lot of time.  Most documents I just printed, signed, scanned with my iPhone and uploaded back on the Dropbox folder we shared.  So easy!  The refinance process took about five weeks.

I highly recommend Kat because she commits to her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure they receive the best service.  I always felt that she had my best interest in mind.  It was a pleasure to work with her.
